The Planning Doctor provides independent and impartial expert advice. We aim to answer all queries within 1-2 working days. If your query relates to a site specific matter, it will be referred to the relevant council. The Planning Doctor will inform you of this referral.
The information supplied to you by the Planning Doctor Service will be supplied to you with all reasonable care. Where we have taken such care we will not be responsible for any loss or cost that you suffer when you rely upon our advice. Because the advice that we provide to you is of a general nature you are advised to take further professional advice where you are proposing to rely on the advice. If you have not taken further advice when you should have done so we may not be liable to you for the advice that we give you.
We will not be liable to you for any losses that you may suffer as a result of your relying on our advice that we could not reasonably expect to anticipate as a result of our giving that advice to you. In this notice the word we means both i-documentsystems and The Council.
